We utilize USPS as our primary shipping carrier. Please allow 10-14 days for your order to be processed, after this time period your order will be shipped out.
You will receive an email confirmation containing tracking information once order is taken to the post office, please ensure your email address is correct at the time of ordering. Without an email address, we will not be able to provide you with any order updates. If you have not received any updated information within 14 days of ordering, please send an email to email@example.com.
Please keep in mind that all soaps are freshly made once you have placed your order.
Shipping days are Wednesday - Friday. Any orders placed outside of our designated shipping days will be processed the next scheduled shipping day.
Once order is fulfilled, please allow 3-5 business days for the arrival of your order. Length of time can vary depending on your zip code and any delays with the shipping carrier.
If your order has been shipped and you are experiencing a delay, please contact USPS for additional information. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, in the rare event that your package is lost or stolen, please contact USPS.
Due to the nature of the items, for sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges. In the event that you receive a damage item, please contact us immediately via email firstname.lastname@example.org.
